What makes alpaca fiber better than traditional wool?

Alpaca fiber is naturally hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking, and warmer than sheep's wool. It is also incredibly soft and lacks the 'itch factor' associated with traditional wool products.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.

How should I wash my PAKA apparel?

To maintain the longevity of your garments, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid using a dryer as high heat can shrink the fibers.

Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes, we work directly with Peruvian farmers to ensure our alpaca fiber is ethically harvested and that all artisans are paid fair living wages.
